Your programmatic offering, community impact, and organization’s reputation prove that, but as you're growing, staying focused on your mission is starting to feel chaotic.
It's been on your to-do list to strategize your efforts and refresh your programs for a more influential organization — and while you know you’re capable of accomplishing this, your hands are in so many different buckets that you find yourself pushing these priorities further down that list.
Take a deep breath.
You're great at what you do.
But when so many pieces of your organization require your attention, you can't seem to find the time to focus on internal efficiency and optimization.
I am an extension of your team.
I’m not just an operational consultant you’re hiring to tweak a few things in your organization.
Whether you're seeking strategic and operational planning, event development and production, or fundraising services, I'm here to get to the core of your business.
Together, we’ll unearth the ways we can maximize growth, increase revenue opportunities, and strengthen your programming.
Let's get started
In partnership with The Chris Long Foundation, Hoops2O was founded in 2018 as the third program in the Waterboys family by five professional NBA basketball players, known as the Starting 5. The founding members of this program included Malcolm Brogdon, Justin Anderson, Joe Harris, Garrett Temple, and Anthony Tolliver.
In year two, we expanded the program to five additional NBA athletes and the University of Virginia’s men’s basketball coach, Tony Bennett.
Over the course of two years, the program leveraged athlete engagement through online and in-person channels to raise over $450,000!

RTRX uniquely curates business, philanthropy, fun, thought-provoking, and inspiring content designed to speak to the whole person. After eight years of internal management, RTRX took a leap and outsourced event production with Small Wins Consulting.
For the past three years, we have played a critical role in enhancing the production, organization, and participant experience at RTRX's event, successfully evolving the event from a one-day meeting to a multi-day experience in venues around downtown Columbus.
In 2017, I partnered with a team of consultants to deliver a comprehensive three-year strategic plan that identified a new North Star for Fight Colorectal Cancer. We also developed a fresh framework for growth.
At the end of the engagement, we delivered a Board-level report detailing key recommendations in five functional areas. We also outlined year-over-year key performance metrics that Fight CRC’s leadership team could use to guide their annual operational planning.
In 2017 and 2020, I teamed up with their Development Director to design two unique, actionable fundraising and engagement plans that grew revenue from $2.7M to $5M over three and a half years.
Bringing a fresh and independent perspective on your organization, I’ll uncover gaps in your strategies to develop sustainable goals and suggest the next best steps.
I wear all the hats in event-based projects so you don't have to. Critical interviewer, compassionate people manager, eager supporter, detailed project manager, mindful marketer, and keen evaluator — you name it, I (and my network) got it covered!
I offer a full-service approach to development. From concept all the way to execution and evaluation, I'll help you achieve target engagement metrics, meet your fundraising goals, and design replicable fundraising models.
For athletes, leagues, and organizations who want to use their athletic platform for the common good.
